4th Annual Aspen Ski Getaway

April 1 – 7, 2019

Hotel rooms are limited. The Limelight has encouraged us to reserve rooms early to avoid disappointment. Don’t miss out on what promises to be another great trip. Register early!

Why is the Aspen Ski Getaway so special?

Each morning we come together for a hearty Nutritiarian breakfast at the Limelight Hotel and whether you prefer to ski, snowboard, hike, bike or to simply browse in the nearby village, you will have six relaxing, fun days to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer!

The group meets each evening for an amazing Nutritarian dinner at the Pyramid Bistro restaurant, where renowned chef Martin Oswald will be our host. Each evening he will share cooking tips and explain how that evening’s  gourmet meal was prepared.

On Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights, the group convenes for an after-dinner lecture.

Back by popular demand, on Wednesday night the group gets together for a competitive game of charades, hosted by Dr. Fuhrman.

Remember you don’t need to ski to join in the fun. On each trip, several members of our group who don’t ski report having an amazing time. Aspen has a ton of other fun activities.

There’s an added bonus when you register for this exciting and enlightening weeklong event: 40 to 48 percent* of the cost of your trip is a tax-deductible charitable donation. Your donation supports the very important work of the Nutritional Research Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. A Few Words From Past Attendees

“My favorite thing about the Aspen trip was everything! It was a rare opportunity to learn from Dr. Fuhrman in a small group setting, the food was a one-of-a-kind true Nutritarian cuisine and it motivated me to take my Nutritarian diet to the next level. And, of course, I lost weight while having a blast on the slopes!”
-Stacey S.

“Dr. Fuhrman’s lectures were stimulating, re-enforcing and very informative. A week of daily exercise (skiing), Nutritarian food and learning the Nutritarian way inspired and transformed me physically and mentally.”

-Yoshi N.
“The NRF Aspen trip exceeded all expectations. It combined excellent nutritional information from Dr. Fuhrman, great exercise from skiing at the breath taking resorts surrounding Aspen, world-class Nutritarian cuisine from Chef Martin Oswald, as well as developing great friendships with like-minded people. We were also supporting the NRF, which will play a critical role in refocusing our health care system on addressing the actual nutritional causes of the chronic diseases plaguing our society. It was a very meaningful and fun vacation that we will not forget.”
-Steve & Sue K.
“I really enjoyed the entire week in Aspen that the foundation offered. Dr. Fuhrman’s talks were enlightening and inspiring. I appreciated so much his diligent research and data about our current state of health in this country. We ate the most delicious answers (meals) to the problems and we are happy to contiue that lifestyle at home now as we have before we went to Aspen. It was my first time skiing ever (at age 66) and I look forward to more in the years ahead. Keep up your good work!”
-John M.
