Join Dr. Fuhrman and friends for an inspirational week, March 30 – April 4, 2020. You can enjoy winter sports like skiing and snowboarding, or spend some time off the mountain browsing Aspen’s chic boutiques for a bit of retail therapy. After a day in the great outdoors, warm-up with exquisite Nutritarian dinners prepared by Chef Martin Oswald and lively discussions prompted by Dr. Fuhrman’s evening lectures

Why is the annual Aspen Ski Getaway so special?
Each morning we come together for a hearty Nutritiarian breakfast at the Hotel and whether you prefer to ski, snowboard, hike, bike or to simply browse in the nearby village, you have six relaxing, fun days to enjoy all that Aspen has to offer!
The group meets each evening for an amazing Nutritarian dinner hosted by renowned chef Martin Oswald. Each evening he shares cooking tips and explains how that evening’s gourmet meal was prepared.
Following dinner the group convenes for an after-dinner lecture with the occasional get-together for a competitive game of charades, hosted by Dr. Fuhrman.
The Aspen Getaway experience is enlightening, invigorating and habit-forming – you will want to come back year after year!
The annual Aspen Ski Getaway raises funds to support the very important work of the Nutritional Research Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. The Foundation is committed to supporting and funding vital, critical clinical research exploring the impact that eating a nutrient-dense, plant–rich diet has on health, recovery, longevity and preventing chronic diseases.
