Over 300 people gathered the weekend before Thanksgiving for Dr. Fuhrman's annual Immersion in Princeton NJ.  Although they were from many varied backrounds and locales, all enjoyed delicious nutritarian meals supervised  by Chef Martin Oswald from Aspen, Colorado and wonderful lectures by Dr. Fuhrman.  Jerry Deutsch, NRP President, spoke about the Nutritional Research Project and many of the attendees joined our organization!
